PF joint declaration form:

PF joint declaration form is filledto modify or update wrongly entered employee name, date of birth, relation information in PF portal then employees are required to contact their organization to fill EPFO joint declaration form along with a correctly written letter regarding the incorrectly entered details in PF portal. Once employee comes up to the employer then it is the responsibility of the employer to fill PF joint declaration form and to submit it to PF regional office.

PF correction form:

PF correction form must be attested by the employer and it has to be submitted to the regional EPFO office within one month the modifications will be done in EPFO account of the employee. Along with declaration form for PF, employees are required to submit any supporting documents like Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter ID and address proof and Date Of Birth proof etc depending upon the condition.
