EPF KYC approval is accepting the list of documents submitted by the employee towards EPF. KYC ( Know your customer ) documents should be submitted by the employee to the EPFO ( Employee’s Provident Fund Organization). After the submission of EPF KYC documents, UAN ( Universal Account Number ) is issued to the employees. With the help of UAN, an employee can the find the status and details of his/her PF request. KYC is the verification process done in order to identify the customers so that the services provided by the organization are not misused.
How to approve KYC in EPF is an approval process done by the EPF organization after receiving the KYC documents along with the form 11 request from the employee. KYC documents that are needed to submit are identity verification card and Form 11 which is used for declaration of PF eligibility. After UAN generation, it has to be activated so that the contribution towards PF should be sent/received properly.
Otcp for an employee also known as Online Transfer Claim Portal is a portal that is recently launched by the EPFO for online transfer of funds. In order to do OTCP, the employee must have a registered account in EPFO along with UAN. By visiting the EPFO official website, one can find the link to Otcp under employees category and have check whether they are eligible for the claim or not by going to the Otcp portal.
EPF Otcp member portal is an official webpage should be visited by the employee to check whether he/she is eligible or not. After completing the eligibility process, the employee must provide EPF registered Id, UAN and also EPF details of the past and present employer so that the transfer from old to the new account is made.
PF KYC approval is a mandatory process required to be done by the employee to EPFO so that he/she is eligible to the provident fund. Through the Otcp portal, employees can update KYC details online.
