Employee clearance certificate is a certificate used when an employee is separating from the organization or transferring from one department to another internally employee resigning from the office or retiring from the office must complete the clearance form. Employee Access to company official work is to be disabled. When the employee resigns the clearance process will started it means that employee needs to get approval from various departments in clearance format the employee needs to return assets of the company that were granted at the time of joining.
First step to initiate the process is that employee hats to provide a written notification for his/her intent to resign
Second step notice period time to return assets of the company
Third step is complete the clearance from getting authoritative signature
Employee clearance certificate issued only after the employee getting approval from other departments, only after returning of the assets of the company as per the company policy
