Rejoining letter is a requesting letter addressed to the employer asking them to rejoin the organization. If an employee quits the job due to some personal reasons and if he wishes to rejoin the organization then a letter is written to the employer with a request to join the company. But it is not easy to rejoin the organization once your resignation is accepted because the company loses faith in you and it has to go through different accounts for your settlement after resignation. In case of unaccepted resignation, it is easy to rejoin. Due to some reasons, it may be easy to rejoin the company in case of long and extended leaves such as maternity leaves and leaves due to a health problem.

Rejoining letter format is a soft or hard documented form needed if an employee requests to rejoin the company. When an employee wishes to rejoin the organization after resignation, first he/she needs to verify that the vacancy of the post then he/she should interact with manager/HR department then write a requesting letter addressed to the organization. While writing a rejoining letter, it must be kept in mind it should be a professional requesting letter which includes the cause for leaving the job and the rejoining cause.
