PF or provident fund is a type of investment fund that is received by the employee or concerned person when the time of retirement or resignation. There are two types of PF, EPF and PPF. The basic documents required to withdraw PF are Form19, ID proof, Address proof, Form 10C, Bank statement along with a canceled cheque. In order to release the PF from the company/ organization, the employee must file the documents for pf withdrawal so that the company verifies details of the employee and calculates his/her PF amount according to his working period and monthly installments that are paid. Form 19 requires the following details to be filled by the candidate. Name of the candidate and father/ mother/ guardian name along with permanent residential address and the reason for leaving the job with date and PF account number and the mode of remittance.
