Joining formalities is the first courses of action for all the new employees of an organization post their Interview. This is the significant phase for any company, most of the people think that it is all about filling up certain documents and forms, but this is a process of creating a feel-good atmosphere and make all the new employees comfortable by different means. New joining employees are required to submit documents before joining which includes His/her C.V with one photograph and joining form duly filled, The resignation copy of the last company; salary slip for last three months month; experience certificate of the company; reliving certificated copy; Experience certificate of all the company in total have served to; Reference check details, His/her 10th; 12th, graduation, post graduation if done attested copy, either passport copy; election card copy, license copy, Pan number as id proof, for ESI two family photographs and the form duly filled for a New account to be open you require two photographs and Id proof. Many companies have moved to a very modern way in doing the joining formalities mainly in documents filling, where all the required documents have been made in the form of slides and keep them scrolling in the screen at the particular place where they welcome all the new employees.
