Vodafone step up campus recruitment: Hires 150 from B-schools

Vodafone India is recruiting the students under its 'Discover Campus' programme. Vodafone is planning to hire 150 B-School students in 2015. Discover campus programme is a one year training cum development programme initiated to develop future business leaders by providing career growth opportunities. The trainees will be placed across the verticals of the companies based on their performance. Highly performed trainees will get an opportunity to participate in a two-year international assignment programme, called Columbus, across the Vodafone Group. Discover Campus programme was launched in 2010 with the collaboration of B-Schools such as IITs, IIMs, Xavier School of Management, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Management Development Institute and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
