Very less percentage of engineering graduates are eligible for software jobs because of skill shortage: Survey

This is a known fact that every year lakhs of engineering graduates are coming out from colleges with their Btech degree. But a recent report explores that only 18 percent of them are eligible for software jobs. This report is prepared on the basis of 2013 engineering graduates of 1.20 lakh students from over 520 colleges across India. At the time of recruiting process corporate prefer candidates who will adapt their training process and learn quickly.
