Employees at UAE and other locations are got engaged with their jobs but they are not satisfied with human resource practices at workplace.

According to a survey conducted with nine million employees at over 1,000 organizations in 164 countries found that nearly seven out of ten (67 per cent) employees in the Middle East and Africa said they are committed to their work. The next place followed by UAE is Latin America, the third place occupied by North America, Asia Pacific and Europe. Studies show that employees who got engaged more with their companies will have chances of three per cent rise in an organization's revenue growth. Employees who care about their jobs believe that there are opportunities for growth if they put more effort in what they do.
