Corporate companies are struggling to retain their top performers. Manpower is the major strength for any organization to beat the competition. Companies are offering the best compensation packages or pirating key employees. Firms without good succession planning are increasingly, in desperation, getting the cheque book out to buy back current employees under offer said by COO of a branding company in UAE. Firms are not ready to entry level or middle level employees as they are promoting the top performers to fill the gap. Gulf employers in certain sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, real estate and construction are increasing remuneration to retain their best employees.
