Current workplaces are having different generations and each of them have their own priorities. Organizations have to be tech-savvy, diverse and socially responsible to fulfill employee expectations. Organizations will be charged with meeting the needs of wide range of expectations of each generation. Cultural and gender diversity will also havegreat impact on the work place. The expectations of employees are changing rapidly and employees look for below qualities to be considering the best places to work.


Technology :

Technology has changed over the decades and it has access to information, facilitated speed of operations, improved connectivity and simplified routine tasks. Competition from projects and talent pool will shift from local to global markets. As we move into the future, technology will pervade most areas of work, bringing in efficiency, blurring boundaries between teams, organizations and even nations. It is creating awareness that to get updated to the global trends and be culturally aware to manage employees.
