Recent survey on 565 companies will take average increment of 15% and remaining organizations paying 10 percent hike on average as per the survey by Hewitt's Annual Salary Increase. This is creating great gap between high performers and others that is revealed by the data. Companies are not only rewarding top performers with great hikes they are also tightening belts with fewer rating to employees.
