If the job ads ignore candidate needs: When the job advertisements focus more on an organization needs and don't talk about the candidate needs like pay benefits, personal growth and work-life balance, then top talent will not apply. According to the experts view candidate centered job postings receive many more quality applications than employer centered job postings.
If the interviewers coming later for the interview: Candidates who wish to seek a job in a company will be on time and expect to see the same from the interviewer. The candidate will also expect the interviewer to go through her/ his resume could create an encouraging environment rather than reading the resume while sitting at the table.
If there is no feedback: Candidates expect the feedback at every round of interview. So, it is important to offer timely feedback to the candidates.
