LinkedIn is on top: LinkedIn is the top social media platform and used by 78 percent of companies in 2010 and 87 percent of companies in 2011 and the ratio has been increased to 93 percent in 2012 year. The other social media platforms like facebook have been used by 66 percent of recruiters and twitter has been used by 54 percent of users.
