IT companies are expected to be hire more and hired 25000 students for the year 2015 and expected to hire 35000 for the year 2016.

 Short on skills, IT hiring to rise 12%

The coming year is expected to be better in terms of hiring for engineering graduates, but the focus going forward will be on skills, rather than scale. HCL technologies also stable to hire more candidates and hike salaries for freshers. "Hiring will have incremental growth of 10-12% compared to 2014, but there will be a strong need to focus on the quality of the hire said by HR experts.
