Retail sector saw 25% growth in hiring trends followed by IT/Telecom sectors: October 2019 hiring trends report
Wisdom jobs hiring trends report October 2019 found that there is a growth in talent demand for Consumer Durables/FMCG, Retail and Petrochemicals/Oil and Gas/ Power respectively. Other sectors such as Retail, Consumer Durables/FMCG and BFSI sectors saw considerable growth in talent demand respectively. According the report following observations have been taken in to consideration.

● Retailing saw least degrowth in Oct2019
● Consumer Durables/FMCG saw downfall in talent demand in Oct2019
● BFSI saw decline both in Sept2019 & Oct2019
RECRUITMENT TRENDS BY FUNCTION
● Quality/Process Control saw least decline in the study month
● IT/Telecom, Customer Service/ Tele Calling noted similar fall in talent demand in Oct 2019 Engineering profiles saw a drop-in talent demand, far higher than the above four sectors
RECRUITMENT TRENDS BY LOCATION
● Vadodara saw stable talent demand in the review month
● Hyderabad/Secunderabad noted least decline in the study month
● Indore and Mumbai recorded same level of degrowth in Oct2019
RECRUITMENT TRENDS BY EXPERIENCE
● Junior professionals were in demand in Sept2019 too
● Professionals with 10-20 years of work experience were second most in demand
● Professionals with 5-10 years of work experience were third most in demand work group.
