It is bit difficult task to present the loads of experience of a senior person profile in a single resume. It is important to portray the person profile as the best by considering all relevant experience. Below tips may useful for crafting a senior person profile in an effective way.

Have a functional resume: Don't prefer for a chronological resume and choose a functional resume to highlight your skills. You can also have a resume with mix of both styles.

Add more keywords to your resume: Use more keywords to make your resume more searchable. Do research on internet and add more keywords to your resume. Keywords play an important role in attracting recruiters when they do profile search.

Your vocabulary should be unique: Use latest jargon's and terms in your vocabulary. If you are not aware of keywords, take professional help from wisdom resume services.

Project your leadership qualities: As a senior level person, you need to showcase your leadership qualities and team mentoring. Mention clearly about the figures, number of employees trained and mentored under your supervision. Maintain an appropriate length: There is no specific rule for length of any resume, even for a senior or junior profile. But make ensure that the information furnished is relevant to the applied job. So, use the relevant keywords and jargon's properly and grab the attention of employers. Resume is an important tool for any position. So tailor made your resume, when you are applying for each job. Social networking plays an important role in these days, but most of the companies will fill these positions through word of mouth.
