Researchers says that self-deceived' employees get promotions than other in banks and other organizations. Overconfident people are more likely to succeed at work and can fool others into believing they are more talented than they actually are, Indian-origin scientists have found. These people are able to estimate the people's abilities and ready to take greater risks and create problems for other people in the organization. This research has taken among the 72 students to rate the ability of the peers and 32 students were under confident and 29 students were over confident and reaming percentage of students are accurate in assessing their abilities.
