A recent survey reveal that most of the companies treating recruiting exercise with an element of indifference, only half of respondents were satisfied with their recent experience of job application process.

23 percent of survey respondents reveal that they were not satisfied with the job application process and not happy with the communication process they received during the job application process. "Only half of respondents globally were satisfied with their recent experience of the job application process. In India, 41 per cent employees are satisfied with their job application process said by surveyed company.
