Recent report stated that most of the Indian companies are using online assessment tools to filter the skilled profiles and employee engagement. But still there are some challenges faced by the companies as they prefer face-face assessments/interviews rather than online assessment due to inability of the candidate to take online test. The survey reported that 36.09 percent organizations prefer face to face interviews and 26.32 percent of avoid usage of online assessment tools due to the cost involved in procurement and administration.
