More than 80% employees expect better pay hike in 2014: Survey

A recent survey by manpower consultancy explores that nearly 84 percent of employees are positive about the economic situations and hiring trends in 2014 and nearly 86 percent of professionals expecting pay hike in this year 2014 as compared to last economic years.


Income wise nearly 70 percent of employees who are earning below 90000 are expecting good hike this year. Employees who are in middle and higher-level are more optimistic about pay hikes. Survey also found that nearly 80 percent of people who are working with foreign companies feeling that are an added value to their profession. Nearly 90 percent of employees are expecting to improve their skills.
