More Indians prefer MNCs than local companies: Survey

Recent survey on 'Foreign vs Indian companies' found that most Indians prefer to work at MNCs than local companies despite of Make in India and other initiatives. The survey mentioned that over 71% of participants are working with Indian companies and only 29% of the candidates working with international companies.

More Indians prefer MNCs than local companies

Nearly 34 percent of the India based company employees are happy with the way they are paid and over 66 percent employees are not at all happy with the way they are paid. Over 75 percent employees across IT/Telecom/Dotcom/Internet prefer MNCs and 80% employees across Automobile/Banking sector prefer to work with International companies and 50 percent mid level professionals prefer to work at Indian companies and over 78% female employees and 67 % male employees prefer to work with International companies.
