Recent survey found that millennial are hooked to emails and keep checking it round-the-clock no matter where they are or what they are doing. Despite of the new social medial tools and networking options millennial (those born after 1980) are more frequent users of email than any other age group.
The survey was conducted by the campaign team at global software company Adobe. Most of them are regularly check emails at work hours and one by third of them prefer emails to communicate to the direct manager or senior executive. On average, survey respondents report using email six hours a day, or over 30 hours a week. The survey found that people are addicted to mail and more than half of millennials check email from the bathroom.
