Indians most willing to adapt to changing workplace: Study

According to the Microsoft's 'New World of Work' study, Indians are willing to adopt the changing workplace trends. Indian professionals beat Asian countries in adopting remote work polices. More than 80 percent respondents said they spend more than 20% of their time outside office.

Indians most willing to adapt to changing workplace

More than half people are working on their personal devices and 52 percent people working on employer owned devices at work, said Microsoft survey. The survey also mentioned that, over 32 percent employers do not have policies to support remote work; over 72 percent employers mentioned that employee's presence at office is mandatory to access some important tools, while 45 percent mentioned that sufficient equipment is enough to respond to the stakeholders.
