How well you are to Sell Your Skill in a Campus Interview
If you are in the final year of graduation then get ready for the placements. It is your turn to know how to prepare for the campus selection.
Most people don’t know that interview is a buying and selling process. Sell your skill and the companies will buy it. Rate, i.e. salary depends on how well your showcase yourself. To every dream Job aspirant, whether you are in the final year and about to face an interview or an engineering passed out. I am going to give a lifetime validity information that going to multiply your job attaining ability. So many companies like TCS, CTS, Infosys, Dell, and etc. etc. companies will be conducting drives for final year students or recent passed outs. Believe me 90% to 95% students are scared of facing a campus drive. Why do they scare you know, I will tell- “you scare that you fail in the exam or interview”
I give you a good information that getting job inCTS, TCS, Infosys, and etc. Companies is dead easy if you got enough time to sharpen your skills for couple of hours. Studying for 1 week to 4 weeks is giving you a job, then why don’t you focus on learning company specific interview test.
Suppose, TCS visits your campus, then 1st tip is: Collect the previous test papers and interviews and try to learn concept like time and distance, puzzles for quantitative, coming to reasoning part go with their latest questioning style and work on those areas only. My first tip is Do company specific studious work.
Coming to the second tip, concentrate on communication and soft skills. For some students communication is a major problem, if you didn’t streamline your future you will never enter into big companies or takes much time. So how to improve communication skills over night? You will never learn anything in overnight, but your determination to execute wins the task. Watch English movies, come on guys and girls, I am saying to watch English movies with subtitles, or any movies come with English subtitles. Believe me it helps greatly. Also you need to try seriously from your end, as you are gifted with technical skills, so this is the time to work hard to learn and improve your comm. skills. Form group of 3 to 10 people and self-conduct group discussion sessions with your friends, this helps you greatly.
