This GRE test is categorized in two types: GRE General Test and GRE Subject Test.
GRE General Test:

GRE 2019 Eligibility Criteria
Any aspirant can appear for this exam as there is no eligibility criteria and minimum requirements/age/qualifications specified by the conducting authority. ● Select the date of GRE Exam and find the nearest test center.

●Proceed and pay registration fee $205.

Rescheduling and Cancelling GRE 2019 Test
Applicants are required to cancel or reschedule their GRE exam at least four business days prior to the date of their scheduled exam. Reschedule or cancellation fee is $50. Exchanging the registration fee between the GRE General and GRE Subject Test is not acceptable.

The cost for GRE subject test is $150 worldwide (Rs.10,480 approximately).
Also, applicants are required to pay for special handling requests such as:

●Changing the test center: $50.
Apart from this, if someone needs to change the subject in the subject list provided, they are charged $50 as extra.

GRE 2019 Scholarships
There are no GRE scholarships available. No scholarship is provided by ETS (GRE conducting body) itself. However, scholarships and financial aids are provided by the graduate/business schools based on the candidate’s academic record/background, work, research experience or any other achievement along with their GRE scores.

GRE 2019 Test Dates

Applicants are free to choose any date they want as there is no fixed official dates for GRE exam like other global English language exams. However, applicants are required to choose a date at least two months prior to their first application deadline.

GRE 2019 Syllabus

Both GRE General Test and GRE Subject Test have their own different syllabuses. When it comes to GRE General Test,it evaluates the candidate’s ability of quantitative reasoning, verbal reasoning and analytical writing skills. While GRE Subject Test is for those who wish to pursue specialized subjects, thus subject test focuses on checking the candidate’s ability and expertise in that particular subject/field.

GRE Exam judges the candidate’s ability and understanding based on three sections namely Analytical Writing, Verbal Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning.

GRE Subject Test is checked on a scale of 200 to 990 score with an increment scale variation of 10 points.

Validity of GRE 2019 Scores

GRE scores are valid up to five years after the year you appeared for the exam.

Once candidates have given their GRE tests, their result scores will be sent to the universities/colleges of their choice within 6 weeks of your test date. Candidates are required to visit their official account on the GRE website to get their scores.

GRE 2019 Cut-Off

When it comes to GRE exam, there is no blanket cut-off. However, every college/universities accepting GRE scores would have their own cut-offs for various courses listed on their official website. The time given for GRE exam to complete is 3 hours and 45 minutes.
