Hiring in IT-BPM in increasing state: Nasscom

NAASCOM says that Indian IT-BPM will be growing at the rate of 6 percent of this year. IT-BPM sector will be going to employ 5.5 million people, of which 3.1 million are direct employees. The report also found that there is a higher demand for technical skills and domain specific abilities in IT sector. The other most demanding skills of the sector are analytics, cloud, mobile and analytics. Most of the employees in these sectors are domain specific."The future of the industry is in its talent with niche skills as they can match their capabilities with the strategic goals of their potential employer," Nasscom President.
