Students of University of Illino have been conducted a study on recruiting strategies and revealed that hiring former employees of the organization will be less risky and reduces the training needs as compare to hiring new employees. Because they understand the key components of the organization's work structure and culture, new research suggests. Even the organizations also recognize the importance of hiring ex employees and all types of organizations are recognize the value of recruiting and welcoming back former employees. This is also called as boomerang employees and the head of the research team said that "After surveying and interviewing hundreds of employees, we were able to see that boomerang employees were more likely to originally leave an organization not because of dissatisfaction with the job, but because of some personal shock, such as a pregnancy, spousal relocation or an unexpected job offer."
