Most of the times hiring managers and recruiters may reject job hoppers because of their frequent job switches and inability to stay at one organization for long time. But, many employers are looking at the people who often jump jobs, because of the certain features they have. Experts suggest that, considering the application of job hopper may helpful to the company in short time also. The reason why we should hire a job hopper is noted as below:

Ambitious: Studies found that most of the job hoppers are ambitious and career oriented as they are advancement driven and won't accept stability for the cause of career growth and progress.

Moreover, they have strong exposure and more knowledge on industry trends and latest developments. With great efforts they develop their knowledge to land their next job without any gap.

Emotional maturity: Unlike the candidates who have worked in the same company for 5-6 years a job hopper will be ready to be a good team player with more self-awareness, confidence and mutability. They also try to establish the reputation in the new place by carrying a lot of emotional maturity in their dealings with everyone.
