Skill gap in technology is faced by both tech and non-tech companies. Here the major challenge is qualitative quotient bothered by the companies. A recent Gartner report along with USDL said "by 2020 there will be 1.4 million specialist tech job openings, but not enough qualified graduates to fill even about 30 percent of these jobs". This is a potential threat for many organizations. However, up skilling the existing talent pool is the major issue that many businesses are experiencing to make it strong in the digitalized economy. Technologists are craftsmen of future. In brief we can say that developing and placing talent with a sharpened skill set and a fertile mind that can matches with the organization culture and objectives can swiftly adapt and transform as per environmental changes, is the biggest challenge today. Technologists should always stay relevant to the changing business trends they must show the radical shift in their perspective and attitude towards the growing and using skills. Be full-stack in your thinking: You should need a lean and agile approach when you aremaking decisions.A full stack developer is defined as an end to end design thinker and engineer.
Learn to fail and succeed iteratively: If you fail frequently you learn something from those failures. This strategy is applicable for all to fail and adopt quick learning.
