Study:In HR interview, interviewer basically asks questions about the company. So do enough research about the company and its products. Prepare for somecommon interview questionsand practice answers for those questions until you can confidently answer. Also know the job requirements and the skills needed for the job.
Prepare well: Update your resume according to the requirement and be well versed and confident with all the details that you have mentioned in your resume. Add skills which you are confident about to answer and remove the rest all, because employers will ask you questions on based on the skill sets which you include in your resume. Along with your subject, also prepare for some common questions that would be asked in most of the interviews like tell me about yourself, why we should hire you? etc.
Dress properly: Your attire and appearance also play a major role in judging you. Wear a formal dress and see that you look professional, it is also important to behave professionally during the interview.
Attitude: Maintain a proper eye contact and have a smile on your face while answering the questions. You should also maintain a positive body language. Be courteous, patient and answer the questions in a humble way. This will show that you are confident enough and you are also interested in the job.
Clarify your queries: HR is the right person to clarify your queries regarding the role, responsibilities, salary etc. therefore if you have any queries regarding these issues, you can discuss with them in your conversation.
Be neutral: Do not talk too much or too less. Talking too much will show that you are over excited and talking too less will show that you are not interested in the job. Therefore think before you speak and try to have an intelligent conversation by not revealing too much of personal information.
