Recent PwC study mentioned that employees prefer for flexible work environment rather than pay in last 5 years. As per the study future career paths will be determined by workers and not by their companies. While, 68 percent mentioned that work will be done remotely rather than at a traditional office.

Future of work, workplace undergoing a sea change

More than 70 percent employees opting for entrepreneurial and network based models which engage with an ecosystem of partners and collaborators and limited workforce ready to work in traditional models. According to the survey 3 in 10 workers expect to change jobs within six months, and 38 per cent expect this change to happen over the next one year.
