There was a dramatic shift in last few years in the Indian workspace not only are employees checking out, but increasingly they are also checking back in. Many employees have been rejoining in their previous jobs which are called as "boomerang employees"."Re-joining a former employer no longer has a stigma says a recruiting firm executive. The benefits of rehiring former employees go beyond saving on costs a new hire would entail in terms of training or induction. Who join in the old company will be having great knowledge of work culture and strategies.
