Due to the unsafe conditions nearly 43 percent of working women in Delhi are planning to relocate to outside the city even for less salaries also and it was revealed by study conducted by PHD chamber of commerce with the participants of working women, students and job aspirants. The survey "Women Safety in Delhi: Issues and Challenges to Employment" is based on feedback of 3,400 women in Delhi. Nearly 80percent of women preferred for day shifts and 9 percent of people prefer flexible schedules and 7 percent of people prefer only rotational shifts. It is also find that 4 percent of people prefer to work in night shifts.
