Companies are now fighting fiercely to retain top and mid-level talent in anticipation of a strong economic revival in the country. "Around 60% of employers are making counter-offers (at the top and mid management levels)," says MD of a recruitment firm. Not only salary hikes but also offering promotions, overseas postings, and in-demand projects.
