Indian recruitment industry is changing, adopting new paths to find quality candidates. Mobile platform is considered as the one of the best platform for communicating with candidates, to view recruiting, review resume, schedule interviews and other tasks from the mobile phone. However the candidate has to see the messages and accordingly respond to the hiring managers. Companies use the technology by creating websites and attract the candidates with their brand image.

Changing trends in recruitment

As in today's IT sector there is a significant shortage of top recruiters and talented ones, most of the companies are training their employees internally with the availability of resources in digital technology and aims at sharpening the skills of the employees. Apart from the internal grooming and training the employees, many corporate sectors have tie-ups with various skill based specialized training providers. Online video has become widely accepted and helps in recruiting the candidates through video employee profiles, video job postings, video job offers. Hiring the talented and skilled professionals when the job market is not open{i.e} even though the company doesn't require the people, due to the non-availability of the skilled persons if the post is not vacant also, hire the candidate a few weeks before you need them. Indians firms are now becoming aggressive on merger and acquisition front to find more skilled people in digital and emerging technologies. So many companies like Wipro, Tata are investing in start-ups (i.e trains the people in digital technology) so that they can hire the skilled people who acquire skills in cloud, automation and digital technology. For Ex: Wipro create $100million fund, they invest on these companies so that they can bring latest technology from start-up to the clients. At last with the quest for talent search, to sustain as top recruiting leader in the highly competitive IT world requires foresight and courage to implement these new technology methods.
