Companies are looking to hire freshers with an objective to groom them for the roles of tomorrow. Here the survival and long learningcurve is the top most challenge faced by freshers in any organisation. The costpopular tech skills in demand by companies are android (38%), Python (26%), Java (24%), CC++(10%), R (5%) etc are the most popular skills searched by the IT professionals.
As per the available data Hiringmanager are looking to hire the promising tech talent in different cities such as Bangalore (65%), Pune (12%), Hyderabad (12%), Mumbai (10%), Delhi (6%) and Chennai (6%) etc.
The average tenure of IT employees in Indian IT companies are mentioned as 25% employees works in an organisationfor 1-2 years, 48 percent employees work for 3-5 years and 13 percent employees work for 6-8 years and only 5 percent people works for 8-10 years and 3 percent people works for 10 or more years.
Companies use different parameters when they are assessing an experienced profile before making a job offer are including past project experiences, experience in multiple skills, competency in emerging technologies, experience of working in aa large team, problem solving skills etc.
