Nearly 65 percent of recruiters from India Inc is using employee referral programme to get quality talent as compared to china and Australia which is 35 percent. The study was conducted among the 298 Indian recruiters who work in a corporate HR department expertise in recruiting, manage a recruiting team, or are HR generalists.
The study mentioned that employer branding become major responsibility with other functions such as marketing, and employee retention. Quality of hires considered as the major source of hiring and referrals being used as a top source of quality candidates.
