IT firms like Accenture, TCS & others spending millions to rebuild their bench to beat the digital wave in technology transition. IT companies have been cutting down on bench to boost operational efficiency and get a margin boost. They need to train people for digital operations; some companies are bringing the bench back.

Wipro is planning to train 10000 people on digital technologies next month. India's largest IT services company Tata Consultancy Services also raising its hiring target to 75,000 for the year, and training 100,000 employees on digital technologies in FY16. The National Association for Software and Services Industries believe that companies incurring 1-2% more on training than they used to spend.
