A recent study reveal that nearly half of the employers in the India, mostly in the ITeS and consumer durable sector are paying to attention to the skills and experience rather than a job candidate has the ability to culturally fit in the organization. This study reveals that nearly 35 percent of companies focus more on skills and experience they have and 50 percent ignored the cultural fitment things and other firms consider experience and educational qualifications matters in hiring process. The other thing is that BPO and ITes are the sectors which pay least attention to the cultural fitments while hiring.
