Among 9 in 10 UAE companies are feeling the negative impact of summer slowdown and finding it a challenge to maintain the business productivity during the summer months. A recent survey mentioned that nearly 93 per cent of senior finance executives in UAE organizations found this time of year has a negative impact on their businesses.

35 percent of the surveyed candidates opined that business transactions tend to slow down during summer, while another 13 per cent said their workers are not too motivated to work. The another reason was many people take their annual holidays in summer, while there is less managerial direction for team members because their supervisors are away, and productivity is often down during the summer months.
