According to the recent survey over 69% of talent in India sees flexible work arrangements as positively impacting work-life balance. Employers are offering attractive salary benefits and career growth opportunities to attract and retain top talent. The survey mentioned that flexible work arrangements include non-traditional schedules or the ability to telecommute impact work life balance in a positive way.
The survey mentioned flexible work schedules and arrangements such as working remotely or telecommuting (69%), limitations/restrictions on working outside typical business hours (45%), wellness programmes such as on-site fitness centers, health club memberships, and stress-reduction programmes (41%) and a fostered environment of friendships in the workplace (34%) as key elements to achieve work life balance.
