66% recruiters expect new jobs to be created in second half of 2015: Survey

According to the survey, 66 percent of recruiters expect that new jobs will be created in second half of 2015. The survey was conducted amongst more than 1900 recruiters and consultants. The results found that 41 percent of recruiters and consultants see maximum hiring potential in the IT industry followed by BFSI sector as well. Manufacturing sector remained constant at 26 percent.

The top five sectors of jobs creation are IT, followed by manufacturing, retail, ITeS and BFSI. There is also a crunch for mid and senior level talent and expecting a positive growth in BFSI and IT industries.
