Most of the employees from top MNCs who are highly paid are also leaving their jobs to join startup companies. IT/Telecom sector has occupied top place in movement of talent to startup companies and other sectors followed by retail, manufacturing and engineering sectors. Freedom of work, suitable positions/designations and quick growth are the main reasons to move to the startups. The survey also revealed that nearly 39% organizations lost top talent to start-ups in just the past 6 months and this is more in middle level managers who are able to reach to top positions in very short time as compared to MNCs.
