Flexi hiring: Recent reports mentioned that India heading towards flexi hiring, companies are using candidates on ad hoc basis to make use of them on maximum basis. On ground reality test: Hiring process doesn't mean that short listing candidates then finalizing them after an interview with them. HR managers should apply some on ground tests that helps them to analyze the aptitude and help them to decide whether he is eligible for a particular post of not.
