Recruitment is the biggest act in recruitment. When we think about recruitment, consider certain actions like the action of attracting candidates to apply for that job, screening and selection of candidates, hiring the right candidate and the on boarding of those candidates. But these processes are changing along with time and new changes are happening in 2018 like candidate experience.

What is candidate experience?

Candidate experience is mostly similar to employer branding. The year 2017 focused on employer branding as most important but candidate experience is important only. We cannot build strong employer brand on the base of weak candidate experience. Having an awful candidate experience may spoil great employer brand.
