Industry experts estimate that attrition rate will increase up to 20% in the year 2015. The major affect will be on ITeS, software and IT due to the international economic recovery and market stability create large job opportunities which will make employees to move from the existing industry specific organization.

Sectors like pharmaceuticals, FMCG, aviation and agriculture shows less attrition rate. "It will be interesting to watch the manufacturing sector due to 'Make in India' approach by the government, since this industry used to face least attrition but with new projects coming in can take it to the highest attrition affected industry; however, we have to see if it happens this year or in 2016 says an Industry expert.
