Job DescriptionScheduling the production plan, RM/PM and procedures for manufacturing in shifts. Updating of all the production related records, Production planning as per business plan and achieving Production target. Handling responsibility of Raw material to Packaging Material and Inventory Management, Preparing the entire production plan, Man power utilization coordinate with personnel department to ensure adequate availability of manpower, cost cutting with effective inventory management, Guide the Shift Officer for effective equipment wise allocation of manpower and executes all the jobs assigned to the department, through his subordinates and is directly responsible for the result. Overall in charge of the factory Production, coordination with Quality, Maintenance and commercial & statutory to operation. Buildup team of management which ensures Healthy / proper relationship, core workmanship, selfmotivated & lead them towards designated objectives resulting in Projected Production Ensure to achieve icecream production as per requirement. Ensure timely dispatch of icecream as per the indent in the schedule time. Budgetary Controls. Implementation of guidelines for energy conservation. Effective utilization of manpower. Ensure maintenance of all records, sending MIS in time and attending to Internal Auditor queries. Implementation of guidelines given as per GMP, ISO, etc. Material balancing of the icecream section. Ensuring planning & implementation of preventive maintenance and lubrication schedules for equipment. Performance Management.
