Responsible for planning yearly/monthly sales targets of the desired state in consultation with the head of sales and ensure the achievement of the same.. Monitor the sales field force activities and optimize their output.. Developing new territories by analyzing and identifying methods of deeper market penetrations and reach including appointment of new dealers and wholesalers and specially nurturing and monitoring their sales activities . Promote new/slow moving brands and develop the weak territories with focused attention.. Plan and monitor new product launches including developing and implementing marketing plans and promotional activities. Channel Management Key Account (Dealer) Management and relationship for Customer engagement, retention and satisfaction.. To handle Distributors grievances and market problems and forward the same to the head of sales with recommendations.. Monitor and analyze the market claims and forward them with comments and all supporting facts to the head of sales. . To implement company policies from time to time at the market place.. Responsible for formulation, updation, analysis and presentation of Sales MIS.
