Job Description

. LEADING, GUIDING AND MENTORING THE SOURCING & EXECUTION TEAM TO RECRUIT THE RIGHT TALENT. . RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL CYCLE RECRUITING - SOURCING, SCREENING, INTERVIEWING, NEGOTIATING & EXTENDING OFFERS. . EXPLORING DIFFERENT SOURCES OF RECRUITMENT INCLUDING INTERNET JOB BOARDS, REFERRALS, VENDOR RELATIONSHIP, AND CANDIDATE POOLS. . MAINTAINING AND BUILDING THE CANDIDATE RELATIONSHIP AND DEVELOPING THE PIPELINE. . PLAYING A MAJOR ROLE IN MEETING THE DEADLINES ON TIME FOR EACH AND EVERY OPEN POSITION. . IMPLEMENTING DIFFERENT HIRING TECHNIQUES WHICH GAVE PRODUCTIVE RESULTS. . INTERACT AND COORDINATE WITH CLIENT FOR REQUIREMENTS AND JOINING IN PLACE.
